She is one of the most well-educated professors in our college. Her qualifications include an MA, an MPhil in Economics, and a PhD in Industrial Management. She is a professor at Thapar University, School of Humanities and Social Sciences, specializing in Industrial Management, Behavioral Economics, Data Analytics, Entrepreneurship, and IPRs. Ma'am has published more than 170 papers in different publications, with 100 papers in international and national conferences. She is also leading numerous projects funded by UGC, ICSSR, AICTE, and DST. She has guided 29 PhD students.
